Typical Day Sample Itinerary

Morning Block

After orienting your group to our facilities, your facilitator will begin your morning with professionally designed and tested ground and low-ropes activities to challenge and explore your team’s communication and problem-solving skills.

Keeping in mind your group’s unique objectives, your facilitator with apply appropriate challenges for your team in aims of enhancing communication and teamwork. Solving each of our elements takes full cooperation and participation from your entire group.

Break For Lunch

You have several options for your lunch break. Let us prepare lunch for you, have it delivered (we have a great list of vendors), bring a sack lunch, or spice it up by cooking over a fire with your group!

Afternoon Block

Ready for additional adventure? Our high ropes courses present physical and emotional challenges designed to improve our participant’s ability to explore healthy risk-taking, stress-management, leadership, problem-solving and getting “outside their comfort zones.” Your high-ropes adventure is framed, facilitated and debriefed to maximize communication, leadership, conflict resolution, problem solving, and trust building.

Though our high ropes are often adrenaline-inducing, we make sure to utilize our high-ropes course with an intentional and meaningful frame that brings you beyond adventure. Your customized program will allow you the opportunity to transfer experiences, skills and gained knowledge right back to your routine environment.

Make it an Overnight?

We may call it our Typical “Day,” but many of our clients expand their Adventure Centre program into an overnight experience. Ranging from 1.5 day to 4 days, an expanded program not only allows time for relationship building (camping together, cooking over a fire together, eating s’mores and sharing stories), this additional time allows your group work on crucial issues that will help unlock increased personal and group performance.
