It supports free summer camp

Every dollar of revenue supports free summer camp! Pretty Lake Camp’s core summer mission is to provide free summer camp to eligible children who would not otherwise have the opportunity to participate in a summer camp program. For over a century, we have welcomed tens of thousands of children! During their time here, campers are given the chance to be outdoors, play, try new activities, learn to swim, have fun, and meet new people. 

All of this helps to build a child’s self-esteem, independence, skills, and ability to care for others. Summer camp can be a powerful experience in a child’s life. It can be a time to explore, laugh, learn and develop independence. Pretty Lake Camp provides a unique overnight camp experience that resonates with children throughout their lifetime.

The location is beautiful!

Set on the cool waters of Pretty Lake, our 250 acres of natural beauty can’t be beat! The great outdoors is always available to you while you’re here, but if you’re looking to host an outdoor event, then you’re invited to reserve the space to assure its availability. You can arrange for the set up of an event tent and arrange outdoor activities with our staff, like hiking, swimming, paddling, and archery. Don’t forget to take a walk to our farm to see we’ve got growing! Delicious, catered meals

At Pretty Lake Camp, we aim to please! We welcome and encourage accommodation requests from all of our guests and allergen free, vegan, and vegetarian menu item alternatives are always available for all menu selections. Comfortable facilities

Relax into the Retreat Centre couches around the warm fireplace, tuck yourself at night into any of our climate controlled cabins, and take a hot shower, drying off with linens provided by us! Your comfort is always our top priority, so book your next retreat with us!

Wi-Fi and audio-visual technology

We are proud to offer wifi and audio and visual technology in all of our meeting spaces to help ensure that your event is successful and is accessible to everyone. Whether you’re coming to host your strategic planning session or putting on a talent show, we have what you need! We can provide numerous wireless microphones to share with your group or utilize the headset or lapel microphone during presentations. Our PA system is Bluetooth compatible as well. We also have projectors, portable screens, or a flat screen television to choose from. Just be sure to mention your needs when you are booking your event
